Refund policy

Late Brake is free to play. The only things you can buy are car colours, and if one isn't right for you, you can have your money back.

When you can get a refund

Any reason, within 14 days of buying a colour. Just ask.
Any time if you were charged twice for the same colour, or you paid and the colour never appeared in your Garage.

After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask

Email officialayushgarg@gmail.com with:

the email address you paid with (it's on your receipt);
which colour you bought, and roughly when;
the payment ID from your receipt, if you have it.

We aim to reply within a few days.

What happens next

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through Dodo to the card, UPI account or other method you paid with, in full. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Once it's refunded, the colour is taken off your account and your car goes back to a colour you still have.

Please email us first. We can usually sort it out much faster than a dispute with your bank.
